For the best possible start to your sales career, we train you to become e.g. a professional key account manager in our 2-year Sales program. You will gain insights into our business in 2 of our MM plants, work on challenging projects and benefit from special trainings just for trainees from all over the world. That way you have an established network when you move to an expert or leadership position after the program.

Eager to become a sales leader?

The program consists of 3 assignments within the MM Group. You will start in your home unit and then move through an up to 6 months long cross-country rotation. Your third assignment will be in your home unit again, but in a different position than in your first assignment.

During the program, you will get to know the entire production chain, accompany innovation processes, gain insights into sustainable packaging development and actively work in costing as well as in the office and field sales. Throughout the program, a mentor and a buddy on-site will provide you with professional and personal support. During the cross-country assignment, your on-site buddy will also integrate you socially, such as sightseeing and after-work events.

What are your assets for this area?

• University degree in the field of business or technical education
• Sales personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as closing power
• Very good knowledge of English, another foreign language is an advantage
• Willing to travel internationally and pleasure in high local mobility
• Interest in production and/or packaging business

During the program, you will become familiar with the entire production chain, identify potential for optimization and cost savings, and learn recipient-specific reporting. Throughout the program, a mentor and a buddy on-site will provide you with professional and personal support. During the cross-country assignment, your on-site buddy will also integrate you socially, such as sightseeing and after-work events.

• University degree in economis or business with specialization in the field of finance, controlling or accounting
• Strong technical skills and in dealing with figures
• Distinctive analytical skills and strong presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

For the best start to your engineering career, we train you in our 2-year Engineering program to become managers in the production environment or specialists in the field of automation. You will gain insights into our business in our MM plants, work on challenging projects and benefit from special trainings just for trainees. After completing the program, an exciting expert or leadership position and an international network await you.

Eager to become an Engineering leader?

The program consists of 3 assignments within the MM Group. You will start in your home unit and then move through an up to 6 months long cross-country rotation. Your third assignment will be in your home unit again, but in a different position than in your first assignment.

In the course of the trainee program, you will get to know the entire production chain, specialize in one of the three production steps (printing, punching, gluing) and gain experience in the field of automation. Throughout the program, a mentor and a buddy on-site at the plant will provide you with professional and personal support. During the cross-country assignment, your on-site buddy will also integrate you socially, such as sightseeing and after-work events.

What are your assets for this area?

• University degree or advanced technical education in the engineering field
• High technical affinity and experience in the sector desirable
• Very good knowledge of English, another foreign language is an advantage
• Ambition to attain a managerial position and excellent communication skills
• High extend of mobility for working at any MM plant or mill worldwide

With this program you will gain a very broad experience within the MM Group. Working closely with managers, mentors and experts, you will acquire a solid know-how in 3 different functions. You will experience different cultures, leadership and working styles and thus strengthen your intercultural competence. After completing the program, an exciting position awaits you, for example as production, technical, commercial or operations manager or subject matter expert.

Eager to become a top manager?

The program consists of 3 assignments within the MM Group starting in your home unit. You will benefit from 2 cross- functional and 1 cross-country rotation. Your third assignment will be in your home country again.

In each station you will be in charge of exciting projects with different focal points, such as production optimization, process improvement, cost reduction or machine utilization. You attend management training courses and work with other trainees together. Throughout the program, a mentor and a buddy on-site at the plant will provide you with professional and personal support. During the cross-country assignment, your on-site buddy will also integrate you socially, such as sightseeing and after-work events.

What are your assets for this area?

• University degree with a business or technical focus
• International experience during a semester abroad or an internship
• Hands-on and ambitious personality with excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English and fluent in another foreign language
• During and after the trainee program, high mobility and willingness to relocate
