Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG appoints new CFO

The Chief Financial Officer of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG, Gotthard Mayringer, informed the Supervisory Board that he will not extend his current contract which runs until 
May 2018. The Supervisory Board expressed Mr. Mayringer its appreciation for his high personal commitment and the contribution to the company development.
 
In today’s meeting of the Supervisory Board Franz Hiesinger (52) was appointed as successor. Mr. Hiesinger was a long-term CFO of Mondi Europe & International.
