The Mayr-Melnhof Group shares have been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange  since April 1994 and are traded in the ATX Prime (quality index with special transparency and liquidity requirements).

 

The Company’s share capital of EUR 80 million is divided into 20 million bearer shares, with each share having the same voting rights based on the principle of "one share – one vote".

Constant Shareholder Structure

The shareholder structure of our Group is characterized by high stability. Around 57 % of the share capital is held by the core shareholder families who thereby represent the largest shareholder.The remaining shares are wide-spread and are mainly held by long-term oriented institutional investors in Europe and the US.
