Mutual trust as the principal concept offers the basis for joint, constructive cooperation within the company and with business partners. In order to meet the exacting demands in the best possible way, the Mayr-Melnhof Group places high demands in terms of responsible conduct and integrity on its employees, customers, suppliers, service providers and other contractual partners.

Our Company Code

The principles of conduct of the Mayr-Melnhof Group are summarized in our Code of Conduct. They include the universal principles of the “United Nations Global Compact” and constitute guidelines for the responsible actions of our employees in order to conform to the ethical guiding principles from the areas of legal compliance, human rights, and labor standards throughout the Group. Continuous communication and training courses are intended to increase detailed knowledge of this topic and to provide orientation for its implementation.

Our Information Security Policy

This policy applies within Mayr-Melnhof Group and all of its subsidiaries, regardless of location, and relates to all activities, functions, processes, assets and information assets that are necessary to achieving the corporate objectives.
